“There was news of tension between countries, so I put part of it in gold. If the tension eases, you could lose up to $12. If something goes wrong, I sell on my own to protect you.”
This is how your money moves inside INVERSHA.
You decide which share works with the engine. The rest stays free and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
- 1Open a portfolioIn USDC or in USDT. You can have several —personal, business— and each one has its own balance and its own engine.
- 2DepositWe give you an address and a QR code. Send from your exchange and tap “Verify deposit”. Solana network only: USDT sent over TRC20 or ERC20 does not arrive.
- 3Assign a share to the engineTurn on Autopilot and choose the percentage it can use. It only buys with that share; change it or pause it whenever you want.
- 4WithdrawSend your balance to any Solana address. No lock-up periods.
You don’t need to buy SOL. The network charges a tiny fee; we front it and, if needed, a pinch of your balance is converted.
Want to try it first? The practice portfolio uses play money with real prices, news and fees.
We safeguard your wallet. Each portfolio has its own Solana wallet; we keep its key encrypted and use it only to sign your moves.
95 assets from around the world, bought with your digital dollars.
Each one is a token on Solana. Every 30 minutes we check that you can get in and out without losing too much; any that fails the check is paused until it trades again.

It does not guess the future. It reads the news, measures, and only then buys.
Every 10 minutes, in every portfolio with Autopilot on, the engine repeats this cycle. Every decision is written down with its reason, even when it decides to do nothing.
- 01 · UNDERSTANDS THE NEWSIt classifies it: an economic data point does not weigh the same as a rumor or an opinion. It checks whether the story is new or a repeat, and what it says will happen: up, down or nothing.→ Fed decision · new story · says “up” for stocks
- 02 · FINDS WHAT TO BUYIt links the story to something it can actually buy: a company to its stock, a sector to its index, tension between countries to gold. If there is nothing to link it to, it just shows it to you.→ Linked to the Nasdaq-100 (QQQx)
- 03 · REMEMBERS AND SCORESIt checks how the market reacted the other times something similar happened. It combines news, trend and risk into a 0–100 score, with how confident it is.→ Past Fed decisions: the index rose · high score
- 04 · CHECKS BEFORE BUYINGReal price, cost to get in and out, market mood and how much you already hold of the same sector. If a check fails, or could not run, it does not buy.→ All clear: go on
- 05 · DECIDES HOW MUCHIt buys less if the market is nervous, if that kind of news has gone badly before, or if an undecided event is coming, like an election. Never more than what you assigned to it.→ Nervous market: buys half
- 06 · BUYS AND WATCHESIt enters with a loss limit and a target. If the price rises, the limit rises with it to protect the gain. Before selling, it confirms the real price. And it explains what it did.→ Buys QQQx with its exit already planned

Automatic brakes. None of them stops you from getting out.
Every brake stops new buys or reduces risk. None of them blocks a sale or a withdrawal: they stop what opens, never what closes.
If your portfolio drops
It is measured against the highest point your portfolio has reached, adding cash, interest and positions. Your withdrawals do not count as a drop. At −8% it sells everything, leaves the money earning interest, shuts down and lets you know. Only you can turn it back on.
If the market gets nervous
It watches the fear index (VIX), how much prices are moving, whether everything falls together and how much bitcoin and stocks dropped in five days. Under stress it buys less and does not open on news; in a shock it buys nothing and sells what is open, except gold. Around major economic announcements it also switches to stress mode.
A handbrake for the whole engine
If something does not look right, we can stop all buying instantly. Selling and putting your money to earn interest keep working: blocking your exit would not be safety.
Each portfolio runs on its own
Each one has its own engine, limits and history. If one runs out of balance, is paused or fails, the others carry on. And you can pause one without touching the others.

No fund manager shows you their mistakes. This one cannot hide them.
The engine keeps its record exactly as it comes out, bad weeks included. And three things make it impossible to dress up:
- ✓At least 14 days of data
- ✓At least 20 decisions evaluated
- ✕Real result with no accumulated losses — not yet

- Geopolitical tensionFull size

What everyone asks before getting started.
Short answers. If you want the detail, each topic has its own guide below.
What is INVERSHA?
An app to open USDC or USDT portfolios on the Solana network. An investment engine reads the news, scores each asset and buys tokenized stocks, gold, bitcoin and other currencies with the share of your balance you assign to it, and explains every move in plain words.
Can I invest my USDT without converting it to another currency?
Yes. A USDT portfolio buys with USDT and, when it sells, the money goes back to USDT. The only difference from USDC is that the balance that is not invested does not earn interest, because Lulo only accepts USDC.
Does my USDC earn interest?
If you turn it on, the USDC that is not invested is lent through Lulo, on Solana, and earns interest. The rate is variable, shown after our fee, and not guaranteed. You can get it back whenever you want, with no lock-up.
What can I buy?
95 assets, all as tokens on Solana: US stocks such as Apple, Nvidia or Tesla, indexes such as the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq-100, tokenized physical gold, currencies such as the euro or the Swiss franc, and crypto such as bitcoin, ethereum and solana. All of them can be bought with USDC or USDT.
Can I withdraw my money whenever I want?
Yes. You can send your balance to any Solana address, with no lock-up periods. None of the engine’s brakes blocks a sale or a withdrawal.
Which network do I deposit on?
Only the Solana network. USDT or USDC sent over TRC20 or ERC20 does not reach your portfolio. On your exchange, choose Solana as the network and, the first time, send a small test amount.
How much does INVERSHA charge?
Two fees, both on what you earn and never on what you deposit: 0.75 points of the rate Lulo pays on your yield, and 10% of the net realized gain of each month (closed positions, winners minus losers). A losing month pays nothing, and that loss has to be recovered before paying again. The details are in the Terms, section 9.
Do I need to buy SOL to pay the fees?
No. The Solana network charges a tiny fee; we front it and, if needed, a pinch of your balance is converted to cover it.
Can I try it without risking money?
Yes. The practice portfolio uses play money with real prices, news and fees, so you can see what the engine would buy and how it does before you deposit.
Can I lose money?
Yes. Investing in digital and tokenized assets carries risk, including total loss. The engine stops buying if your portfolio drops 5% from its highest point and shuts down at 8%, but no brake removes the risk. INVERSHA is not an investment adviser.
