What you buy
You do not buy the share on an exchange: you buy Vx, a token on the Solana network built to track the price of Visa stock (V). It belongs to the xStocks family, recognizable by the “x” at the end.
It is not the same as being a registered shareholder: you hold a token from an issuer, with the rights that issuer defines. Do not assume it pays dividends or gives you a vote; check the issuer’s terms. More in tokenized stocks.
About Visa
Visa runs one of the largest card payment networks in the world; it does not lend money, it charges a small fee on each payment.
What moves its price: Its price follows card payment volume, international trade and regulation of fees.
Step by step
- Create your INVERSHA account and open a portfolio in USDC or in USDT.
- Deposit over the Solana network (how to send over Solana). Send a small test amount first.
- Turn on Autopilot and choose how much of your balance it can use. The engine buys Vx when news with evidence justifies it and tells you why; Vx is one of the 95 assets it can choose from.
- Each position opens with a loss limit and a target. When it sells, the money returns to your portfolio in the same currency.
What it costs
- Sending over Solana: cents. INVERSHA fronts the network fee.
- Buying and selling: each trade pays the costs of the market where it runs (protocol fee and price spread), shown before every buy.
- INVERSHA: 10% of each month’s realized net profit, with a high-water mark — a losing month pays nothing. Details in the Terms.
Market hours
The token trades at any hour, but the real stock only trades while the US market is open (9:30 to 16:00 New York time). Outside those hours there is less liquidity and the price of Vx can drift away from the stock’s. That is why the engine buys half outside market hours and, before selling on a price rule, confirms the token’s real price.
Risks
Stocks go up and down, and a stock token adds the risk of its issuer, its contracts and the Solana network. USDT also has its own risk (USDC vs USDT). Investing means you can lose money, even all of it, and INVERSHA is not an investment adviser.
Questions
Can I buy Visa stock from Mexico?
Yes, as a token: Vx on Solana, paid with USDC or USDT. It is not the share registered in your name.
Do I need a US brokerage account to buy Visa?
No. You need a wallet on the Solana network and USDC or USDT, which you deposit into your INVERSHA portfolio.
Does Vx pay dividends?
Do not count on it. The token tracks the price; whether it passes on dividends depends on its issuer’s terms.
